Elsevier has submitted an unsolicited offer for its Life Science Book Series with the option to include its other e-book series. COPPUL's E-Books Task Group is evaluating the offer and its timing.

Member libraries cooperate to enhance information services through resource sharing, collective purchasing, document delivery, and many other similar activities.
